I notice the magically adept trait is gone from the list of hero bonuses. It's a shame, because it was fun and I was going to use it. We could've had the mundane equivalent as well (great warrior).

Hey Theo, isn't it kind of odd for elves to have a lifespan of 35,000 years? I could get maybe 1,000 or 700, but that's a long time. Doesn't really make much sense for a race that needs any kind of reasonable reproduction.

Well the elves do have a -800/week population decrease Talis.

I also had an observation though since a 'Bazaar' was added. Wouldn't a marketplace generate be like the Bazaar but with a higher gain?

I am just curious since in size it would go I think bazaar -> marketplace -> central square.

Bazaar: +1 EP. That's it.

Marketplace: +1 EP/Luxury Resource, which could theoretically mean +15 EP, +22 EP, wtfever.

And so which are the luxury goods now [which I am assuming use to be the rare goods from before]?

Furs, Spices, Dyes, Silk, Cotton, Sugar and Wines.

Tobacco and Ivory soon too.

question on Iron Rule - do the elite units always cost 5 MP, even when paying for them at the start?

It boils down to: The Eraenhil elves were the ones Karag-Mor went to war with, and whatever dwarven tales say, the elves actually survived the besieging of their city. After that they spent the next several thousand years rebuilding what the dwarves destroyed while hiding from everyone else.

Agreed. Especially considering the Holds believe you long dead and gone. However, with Kurgen as King I bet peace can be attained between us. For your knowledge, not necessarily your Nation's, the Dwarves of Karag Mor feel terribly about the incident and view it with disdain. A chance to atone for their sins might arise with your new nation.

We'll see how things go. Elves are a lot more long-lived, so some of them still have grandparents who lived through that war; they might be a bit less ecstatic to find out the dwarves survived as well. Still, I doubt they'll go picking fights in their condition, since both factions are still licking their wounds in a manner of speaking. We'll have to see how other factions react as well.

Here is what I think. If a new nation pops up next to an existing, there should be a little shared history since its not like the kingdom came out of nowhere.

Awesome Dwarves and Elves have a history. So basically the only real ones who ain't charing history is like the humans cuz Ezria, Zhufor, Talis, are all connected now sorta lol!

Not entirely true! The Ezrians pushed the Ejrahk out of the mountain ranges as they expanded, cutting the Ejrahk off from their ancestral home and their former sacred spots of worship.

It's the entire reason Ejrahk is even fighting for Ezria, Ezria offered them unlimited access to their lost sacred places in exchange for slapping a bitch. It makes it all wonderfully complicated now. Ezria kind of kicked the shit out of everyone way back when, and it's slowly catching up. Ejrahk is fighting Ever-Winter, but really has little invested into winning other than glory and have nothing against the dwarfs, and have little attachment to the birdmen anyways. Attempted diplomacy between Ejrahk and Ever-Winter would be fascinating.
